Celeste Ratajczak, FNP- BC, is a board- certified Family Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Southern California. She earned her FNP Master's Degree and a Master's degree in Nursing Education from United States University after over 13 years of experience as a critical and acute care RN. She helps patients attain the most optimal health and well- being possible by making sure their concerns are heard and addressed. Her focus of practice is to treat the whole person. She extensive experience in Pain Management, Endocrinology, and Physiatry. She mentors nurse practitioner students with a focus on acute and chronic conditions over the lifespan.
